Howard Salisbury is a member of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice area and focuses on the defense of litigating employment claims such as workplace injuries and illnesses. He also represents clients in matters involving federal black lung law. Mr. Salisbury was recently honored as “Lawyer of the Year” by The Best Lawyers in America (2022), for his work in the area of Workers’ Compensation Law (Employers).
