Craig Kay’s practice primarily focuses on commercial law, which includes federal and state taxation and estate and business planning. Mr. Kay’s clients include publicly traded corporate entitles, small start-up companies, as well as individual and family trusts. He has served on the firm’s management committee since 1998.
