Curtis Power concentrates his practice in litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He serves the firm’s clients in the areas of business litigation, health law, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense and complex litigation. He is admitted to practice in both Virginia and West Virginia.
Mr. Power earned a J.D., West Virginia University College of Law (1980), and he received a B.A., Washington & Lee University (1977).

During his career, Mr. Power served as Counsel to the West Virginia Department of Health, as an Assistant Attorney General (West Virginia), and as the Assistant Prosecutor for Berkeley County (West Virginia).
