Victoria Camardi joined Kay Casto & Chaney in 2025 following its merger with Trump & Trump LC. She primarily practices domestic law, with a focus on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, protective orders, adoptions, and prenuptial agreements. With a reputation for compassionate advocacy and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved in family disputes, Ms. Camardi has built a distinguished practice dedicated to achieving fair and just outcomes for clients. Experience
While in law school, Ms. Camardi completed a judicial externship with Judge Gina Groh of the Northern District of West Virginia and clerked for the Office of the Legislative Counsel in D.C. Ms. Camardi also completed the law school’s clinical law program as a member of the West Virginia Innocence Project.
After law school, Ms. Camardi worked for Spilman Thomas and Battle in Charleston practicing in general litigation and consumer finance before returning to her hometown of Martinsburg to join Trump & Trump LC, which later merged with Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC.
Involvement
Ms. Camardi currently serves as the District 16 representative on the Young Lawyer Board of the WV State Bar. Ms. Camardi previously served as a member of the Eastern Panhandle Bar Charitable Foundation.
