MORGANTOWN, WV – Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC is pleased to announce that Matthew D. Elshiaty, an attorney in the firm’s Morgantown office, has been elevated to Member. The promotion became effective on January 1, 2022.
At Kay Casto & Chaney, PLLC, Elshiaty represents businesses and individuals in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. He is a member of the firm’s litigation and commercial law practice areas, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction law, and government relations. He is a graduate of West Virginia University (2009), and the West Virginia University College of Law (2014).
Elshiaty has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the editors of West Virginia Super Lawyers in the practice area of Corporate Law in 2019-2022. In the legal community, Elshiaty is currently serving a three-year term on the Board of Governors of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.
