Mary Kathryn Kay is an associate attorney in the Charleston office of Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC, where she focuses on estates and trusts as well as commercial litigation and transactions. She brings valuable experience from her clerkship with the Honorable Robert B. King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where she gained deep insight into complex federal appellate matters. A graduate of West Virginia University College of Law, Mary Kathryn ranked in the top 20 of her class and served as Executive Editor of the West Virginia Law Review. Her background includes legal internships with prominent West Virginia firms and hands-on appellate work through the United States Supreme Court Clinic. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia, the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit.
